Return and Refund Policy
At Aluzi, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Return Conditions
Returns will be accepted in the following situations:
Manufacturing defect: Products that present defects must be returned within 30 calendar days after collection.
Exchange for size or color: Unused products can be exchanged within 7 calendar days after collection.
Regret of purchase: According to the Consumer Defense Code, returns due to complaints can be made within 7 calendar days after collection, as long as the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use.
2. Return Requirements
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
Be accompanied by the invoice;
Have intact labels and seals;
Show no signs of use, washing or damage caused by the customer;
Must be sent in the original packaging or in another that guarantees its integrity during transportation.
3. How to request a return or exchange
Contact our customer service team by email
Inform the order number, the reason for the return and, if necessary, send photos of the product;
Wait for instructions on how to send the product.
4. Shipping for Return or Exchange
Defect or error in shipping: The shipping cost will be covered by Aluzi.
Regret or exchange due to personal preference: The shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund
After collecting and analyzing the product, we will refund or exchange it as requested:
Purchases with credit card: The amount will be refunded on the invoice, according to the terms of the card administrator.
The amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 10 business days.
6. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns of products on sale, with signs of use or damage caused by misuse.
