1. Delivery Time
The delivery time may vary depending on:
Customer's location;
Type of shipping chosen (normal or express);
Availability of the product in stock.
The estimated time will be informed at the time of purchase completion and starts counting from the confirmation of payment.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable shipping services, such as:
Correios (PAC and Sedex);
Partner carriers;
In-house delivery (available for specific specifications).
3. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the product and delivery address.

4. Delivery Conditions
The customer must ensure that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and there may be negotiations for deliveries on Saturdays.
If there is no one to receive the order, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. After this, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.

We undertake to notify the customer immediately and seek solutions to speed up delivery.
